Lavezzini Chef Line is a series of professional tabletop chamber vacuum packers for chefs – with preset chef programmes and precise vacuum control for restaurants, catering businesses and sous-vide cooking. The LCX 800 has a chamber of 820×420×200 mm and a vacuum pump capacity of 20 m³/h. Lavezzini is an Italian manufacturer of vacuum packing equipment (Univac Group).
