Kastel SP 40/15 is an undercounter full-cube ice machine with a large 36 g cube that produces up to 40 kg of crystal-clear ice per day and stores up to 15 kg in its built-in storage bin. The SP series shares the construction of Kastel’s top-of-the-range KP series but uses a larger mould – the large cube melts slowly and is ideal for cocktails and whisky. Suitable for bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés, fast-food outlets, nightclubs, shops with fish counters and production facilities.

Kastel is an Italian ice machine manufacturer founded in 2000 and part of the Aristarco S.p.A. group since 2013. The factory produces up to 30 000 units a year, and all Kastel equipment is 100% made in Italy.
