Jøni MultiMix Stand is the MultiMix cooking kettle with mixer on four legs – the unit does not need to be fixed to the floor. The integrated mixer keeps the food constantly moving, so purées, sauces and porridges cook evenly and do not burn on the bottom.

• fully welded and insulated vessel made of AISI 316 acid-resistant stainless steel, litre scale on the inner wall of the vessel
• 1 bar steam jacket, maximum temperature 120 °C – food heats evenly and does not burn on the bottom
