Jøni MultiMix 120 cooking kettle with mixer, 120 l – 21.1 kW

Jøni MultiMix 120 cooking kettle with mixer, 120 l – 21.1 kW

Jøni MultiMix is a Danish-made steam-jacketed cooking kettle with a mixer. The integrated mixer keeps the food constantly moving, so purées, sauces, porridges, soups and stews cook evenly and do not burn on the bottom – the chef does not have to stand by the kettle stirring. Suitable for large-scale kitchens, hospitals, catering companies and the food industry.
