Jøni EasyMobile 80 mobile cooking kettle, 80 l – 15 kW
Jøni EasyMobile is a mobile steam-jacketed cooking kettle on wheels – with four castors (two with brakes), the kettle can be moved around the kitchen as needed. The water and electrical connections are at the back of the column. Suitable for kitchens with limited space or where the kettle is used in different places.

- fully welded and insulated vessel in AISI 316 acid-resistant stainless steel, litre scale on the inner wall of the vessel
- steam jacket 1 bar, maximum temperature 120 °C – food heats evenly and does not burn on the bottom

- unheated top rim, heating elements at the front of the vessel and dry-boil protection
