Jøni Easy is a Danish-made steam-jacketed (indirectly heated) cooking kettle for preparing soups, sauces, stocks, porridges and stews. With its simple control panel, the kettle is reliable and easy to use – suitable for large-scale kitchens, schools, kindergartens and canteens.

Features

• fully welded and insulated vessel in AISI 316 acid-resistant stainless steel, litre scale on the inner wall of the vessel
• steam jacket 1 bar, maximum temperature 120 °C – food heats evenly and does not burn on the bottom
• electric tilting (tilt height at least 400 mm from the floor)
• unheated top rim, heating elements at the front of the vessel and dry-boil protection
• stainless steel lid with gas spring – easy to open
• integrated main switch and pressure gauge
• energy efficiency 95% (according to the EFCEM standard); the outer surface of the kettle stays below 40 °C even after 3 hours of operation
