Iceteam 1927 VariO Icona Chef 12 multifunction combi machine – 1.5–12 kg, gelato and pastry

Iceteam 1927 VariO Icona Chef 12 is the pastry and gelato version of the VariO Icona combi machine – a complete laboratory in one unit. The All-in-One beater and interchangeable scrapers let you switch between gelato mixes and pastry products (e.g. custards); controlled from the Icona touchscreen.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that unites the brands Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
