Iceteam 1927 PSK 65 Pro is a Cattabriga electronic pasteuriser for preparing gelato mixes. The high-speed APM emulsifier, stirring wheel and float sensor make it possible to pasteurise both small and large batches without the mix foaming – ideal for a gelato laboratory that needs fast and flexible pasteurisation.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands.
