Iceteam 1927 Mix 7 is a Cattabriga countertop mix cooker that heats the gelato mix and then cools it automatically. A cycle takes 12–20 minutes on average – ideal for smaller gelato shops and restaurants.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna and part of Ali Group, bringing together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands.
