Iceteam 1927 603 Soft&Shake is a floor-standing 2+1 flavour bag-in-box soft serve machine – the bag of liquid mix connects directly to the patented peristaltic pump in the refrigerated cabinet. High output and electronic consistency control for high-volume outlets.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
