Iceteam 1927 603 Icona HT is the first floor-standing bag-in-box soft serve machine with heat treatment, 2+1 flavours and 60 kg per hour. The heating cycle preserves the mix and the Icona touchscreen guides operations step by step.

Iceteam 1927 is an Italian gelato machine manufacturer based near Bologna, an Ali Group company that brings together the Cattabriga, Coldelite, Promag and OTT Freezer brands. Cattabriga patented the first gelato machine as early as 1927. Together with Iceteam 1927 and Aromaitalia, we also organise gelato training courses.
