Giorik Steambox Evolution H is a professional Italian-made combi oven with boiler, combining the quality of boiler-generated steam with the speed and economy of direct steam. With a capacity of 6 x GN 1/1, the SNHE061W is ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés and large-scale kitchens that need consistent quality, speed and reliability.

Patented Symbiotic steam system

In the Steambox Evolution H oven, two steam generation methods work together: a high-efficiency boiler and direct steam (INSTANT). According to the manufacturer, compared with other systems this gives faster heat-up and temperature recovery as well as lower water and energy consumption.

The oven is controlled via a large 10-inch touchscreen, making navigation between all functions quick and easy.

Automatic washing and boiler descaling

The oven comes as standard with an automatic closed-cycle washing system that works with liquid detergent or cleaning tablets. The user simply selects the cleaning level according to the degree of soiling. The boiler is descaled automatically, so there is no need to do it by hand.
