Giorik MiniTouch KNM061W – compact combi oven 6 x GN 1/1

Giorik MiniTouch is a compact direct-steam (direct injection) combi oven made in Italy that brings the full capabilities of a combi oven to smaller kitchens. Only 519 mm wide, the KNM061W fits where there is no room for a standard oven and is ideal for restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops.

✔ Estonian-language control panel – the oven’s menus and programmes are in Estonian, making everyday use and training of all kitchen staff easy.

Intuitive 7-inch touchscreen

The oven is operated via a 7-inch touchscreen in three ways: manually, from the recipe book or with the OneTouch button.
