Frymaster electric fryers have been refined for industry-leading efficiency, convenience and ease of maintenance. HPRE fryers are no exception, with an ASTM energy efficiency of 83%. The versatile, high-output HPRE electric fryers can produce 40 L of French fries per hour. The spacious 45.7 x 45.7 cm frying area makes them suitable for high-volume menus, such as bone-in chicken and other freshly breaded products.

The digital controller is easy to use. It features constant temperature readout, a melt cycle, an illuminated digital display and Celsius values. The durable temperature probe is securely attached to the elements. The heat response system (regulator and thermostat) allows fast response to loads and improves oil temperature accuracy, extending oil life and producing consistently high-quality, great-tasting food.

A large cold zone and forward-sloping bottom help collect and remove sediment from the frypot to protect oil quality and support routine cleaning.

These models accommodate accessories, including the CM3.5 controller and automatic basket lifts. A heat lamp and holding station can be added to the fryer as options. The holding station can use either a cafeteria-style pan or a scoop-style pan. The heat lamp and pans are integrated into the cabinet, forming a complete warming station.

Built-in filtration is available for up to four frypots (FP configuration) and for a fryer that includes a spreader cabinet (FM configuration). In 3–4 fryer batteries with filtration, the filter is located under the two right-hand oil vats. On built-in filtration models, the rear flush function moves sediment to the front drain valve for easy, thorough removal.
