The Caye Smart X B2CMSY is the fully equipped model of the Smart X series: AutoMilk milk system, CayeSteam automatic steam wand and a separate CayeFoam+ milk foam outlet. The machine suits cafés and café chains that serve a wide range of milk drinks and also want latte art – the barista can prepare the foam while the machine makes the espresso.

Caye is a coffee technology company founded in 2022 (Suzhou) that manufactures fully automatic professional coffee machines. The company holds nearly 300 patents, more than 200 of which are used in the Smart X platform.

Drinks and milk system

• AutoMilk – frothed milk goes straight into the cup; cappuccino, latte and flat white at the touch of a button
• CayeSteam – automatic steam wand: milk is frothed to the desired temperature and texture without a barista; manual operation is also possible
• CayeFoam+ – separate milk foam outlet (1.5-step drink preparation): foam can be prepared in parallel with the espresso

Smart X technology

• AccuPowderWeigh – a built-in scale weighs every coffee dose in real time, accurate to ±0.2 g
• CLS (Closed-Loop System) – a closed-loop system monitors extraction and adjusts the grind size automatically
• VVD (Vertical Vibrating Distribution) – vibration levels the coffee puck before tamping for even water flow

All Caye machines connect to the mains water supply (there is no internal water tank) and require a dedicated 220–240 V socket. We recommend a water filter and, if necessary, a booster pump. We carry out the installation, set-up and user training ourselves.
