A pasta cooker is ideal for cooking pasta, rice, vegetables and eggs – the water quickly reaches boiling point. Bertos S900 is a premium series (depth 900 mm) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The “frame technology” self-supporting frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
