A neutral element is a practical worktop for completing a cooking line – the large smooth surface and rounded edges make cleaning quick. Bertos S900 is a premium series (depth 900 mm) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The “frame technology” self-supporting frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
