Bertos Premium S900 infrared ceramic glass range, 4 zones

The completely smooth ceramic glass surface of the infrared range heats up to 500 °C within seconds and is quick and easy to clean without aggressive detergents. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. A self-supporting “Frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop top versions.
