An induction range heats the pan directly, making it highly energy-efficient and fast – the surface itself stays cool and heat loss is minimal. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. A self-supporting “Frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop top versions.
