In a water grill, fat and juices drip into a water bath, which reduces smoke and keeps the food juicy – suitable for grilling meat, fish and vegetables. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The “frame technology” self-supporting frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
