A solid top range is ideal for traditional cooking, sauces and dishes that need slow cooking – heat spreads evenly across the plate and the centre is the hottest. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The self-supporting “frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
