A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The “frame technology” self-supporting frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
