The fryer’s pressed, fully rounded well ensures hygiene and easy cleaning, while precise temperature control delivers even, crispy results. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. The self-supporting “frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.
