Bertos Premium S900 cooking kettle, 150 l, indirect heating, autoclave – 800 mm

Bertos Premium S900 cooking kettle, 150 l, indirect heating, autoclave

A cooking kettle is designed for preparing large quantities of soups, sauces, stocks and creamy dishes. Indirectly heated (double-walled) models are suited to thicker foods that tend to burn on the bottom. Bertos S900 is a premium series (900 mm deep) for large-scale kitchens and high-end restaurants. A self-supporting “frame technology” frame, all surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick worktops and laser-cut edges make it possible to build a single, seamless cooking block. LX models are countertop (top) versions.

Features

• AISI 316 stainless steel vessel – resistant to corrosion from salt and sauces
• direct or indirect (double-walled) heating, depending on the model
• drain tap and rounded edges – easy to clean
• double-walled lid reduces heat loss
• tilting and autoclave versions (depending on the model)
