A neutral element is a practical worktop for completing a cooking line – the large smooth surface and rounded edges make cleaning quick. Bertos S700 is a premium series (depth 730 mm) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all interior and exterior surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles of 20/10 mm thick steel. The precisely laser-cut units can be assembled into a single, seamless cooking block.
