In a water grill, fat and juices drip into a water bath, which reduces smoke and keeps the food juicy – suitable for grilling meat, fish and vegetables. Bertos S700 is a premium series (730 mm deep) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all internal and external surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles of 20/10 mm thick steel. The precisely laser-cut units can be assembled into a single, seamless cooking block.
