A solid top range is ideal for traditional cooking, sauces and dishes that need slow cooking – heat spreads evenly across the plate and the centre is the hottest. Bertos S700 is a premium series (730 mm deep) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all interior and exterior surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles of 20/10 mm thick steel. Thanks to precise laser cutting, the units can be assembled into a single seamless cooking block.
