Bertos Premium S700 gas griddle, smooth plate, compound plate – 800 mm

Bertos Premium S700 gas griddle, smooth plate, compound plate

A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos S700 is a premium series (730 mm deep) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all internal and external surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles of 20/10 mm thick steel. The precisely laser-cut units can be assembled into a single, seamless cooking block.

Features

• thick griddle plate – even heat and energy savings
• smooth, ribbed or half smooth/half ribbed plate (depending on model)
• versions with a compound plate (AISI 316 + carbon steel) for the most even cooking
• large drain hole and spacious grease drawer
• splash guard
