A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos S700 is a premium series (730 mm deep) built on the “frame technology” principle: the self-supporting frame and all internal and external surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the worktops, side panels and handles of 20/10 mm thick steel. Thanks to precise laser cutting, the units can be assembled into a single, seamless cooking block.
