A neutral element is a practical worktop for completing a cooking line – the large smooth surface and rounded edges make cleaning quick. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and food outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. The units are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a counter or a base frame and combined into a uniform cooking line.
