Bertos Plus 600 gas griddle, ribbed plate – 600 mm

Bertos Plus 600 gas griddle, ribbed plate

A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and food service outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. They are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a counter or a base frame and combined into a single cooking line.

Features

• thick griddle plate – even heat and energy savings
• smooth, ribbed or half smooth/half ribbed plate (depending on model)
• versions with a compound plate (AISI 316 + carbon steel) for the most even cooking
• large drain hole and spacious grease drawer
• splash guard
