The electric food warmer keeps fried food (e.g. chips) warm and crisp until serving. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and catering outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. The units are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a countertop or base frame and combined into a single cooking line.
