The fryer’s pressed, fully rounded well ensures hygiene and easy cleaning, while precise temperature control delivers even, crispy results. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and food outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. The units are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a counter or base frame and combined into a single cooking line.
