The electric bain-marie keeps food warm in Gastronorm containers – a thermostat allows precise control of the water temperature. Bertos Plus 600 is a compact modular series for smaller kitchens, cafés, bistros and food outlets where space is limited – the units are 600 mm deep. The units are made of stainless steel, can be placed on a table or base frame and combined into a single cooking line.
