Indirect-heating (double-walled) models are suited to thicker foods that tend to burn on the bottom. Bertos Maxima 900 is a powerful 900 mm deep modular series for large-scale kitchens, hotels, canteens and high-volume restaurants. The sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel construction, high-output burners and heating elements and easy maintenance ensure a long service life.
