A pasta cooker is ideal for cooking pasta, rice, vegetables and eggs – the water quickly reaches boiling point. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series with a depth of approx. 700 mm (714 mm) for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops with rounded edges, and they fit together into a uniform line – on a counter, an open base or a cabinet.
