A neutral element is a practical worktop for completing a cooking line – the large smooth surface and rounded edges make cleaning quick. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series with a depth of approx. 700 mm (714 mm) for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops with rounded edges, and they fit together into a uniform line – on a counter, an open base or a cabinet.
