An induction wok range is designed for fast, high-temperature cooking in a wok – energy-efficient and safe, as the surface stays cool. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series approx. 700 mm (714 mm) deep for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops with rounded edges, and fit together into a single line – on a worktop, open base or cabinet.
