A griddle (fry top) is indispensable for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes – the thick plate distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series approx. 700 mm (714 mm) deep for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops with rounded edges and fit together into a single line – on a counter, an open base or a cabinet.
