The cooking kettle is designed for preparing large quantities of soups, sauces, stocks and creamy dishes. Indirect-heating (double-walled) models are suited to thicker foods that tend to burn on the bottom. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series approx. 700 mm (714 mm) deep for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed, rounded-edge worktops and fit together into a single line – on a countertop, open base or cabinet.
