The electric bain-marie keeps food warm in Gastronorm containers – a thermostat allows precise control of the water temperature. Bertos Macro 700 is a modular series with a depth of approx. 700 mm (714 mm) for restaurants, hotels and medium-sized kitchens. The units are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with pressed worktops and rounded edges, and combine into a single uniform line – on a table, an open base or a cabinet.
