Adventys SKWi 650 series 3600 W – induction wok module
A new 650 mm deep series for professional kitchens that also fits into small spaces. The wok module has wok-bowl-shaped glass ceramic and an induction coil of the same shape for even cooking. It is compatible with the series’ base cabinet, and the modular structure allows several units of the same series to be combined into a complete induction cooking line. The control panel has a 360° rotary ESC knob, which is also used to switch the unit off. Power can be adjusted from 25 to 3600 W. There is a storage drawer at the front. A wok pan is included. The base cabinet is available with feet or castors – sold separately.
