Adventys SKGi 650 series 6000 W – induction plancha module
A new 650 mm deep series for professional kitchens that also fits into smaller spaces. The plancha module has 2 zones of 3000 W each, with a total power of 6000 W. The multilayer cooking surface measures 310 × 430 mm. It is compatible with the series’ base cabinet, and the modular structure allows several units of the same series to be combined into a complete induction cooking line. The control panel has a 360° rotary ESC knob (electronic spinless control), which is also used to switch the unit off. The temperature can be set between 60 and 250 °C. A grease collection drawer makes cleaning quick and easy. The base cabinet is available with feet or castors – sold separately.
