Adventys MOWi – three-phase induction wok module
The MOWI is a three-phase induction wok from the Adventys Heavy-Duty series. The unit can be installed on a base cabinet (see the Adventys cabinet range) or on an existing worktop (the legs are removable). The control panel is integrated and operated with a knob. The wok-bowl-shaped inductor made by Adventys ensures perfect, even heat distribution. A stainless steel rim keeps the pan from resting directly on the ceramic glass, reducing the risk of breakage from impact.
