Adventys MOP2i 8000 W – induction plancha module
MOP2I is a three-phase two-zone induction plancha module from the Adventys Heavy-Duty series. The cooking surface is 330 × 600 mm. The unit can be installed on a base cabinet (see the Adventys cabinet range) or on an existing worktop (the feet are removable). The integrated control panel has two levers, one for each zone. Induction technology ensures fast heat-up to 250 °C. The MOP2I has a drain hole for cooking liquids and comes with a spatula. The surface coating is quick and easy to clean by heating the surface at full power.
