Adventys MO4NL – multi-zone induction module
The MO4NL is a three-phase module with Adventys No-Limit multi-zone technology. The module is supplied with its own base containing 2 generators. The No-Limit principle is: 1 inductor = 1 zone – each zone can be set individually and several cooking modes can be used at the same time. Pans can be placed anywhere on the surface; the 16-inductor format holds more than 15 pans. The MO4NL offers 16 zones (16 inductors) and is available in 16 000 W (1 kW per zone) or 32 000 W (2 kW per zone) versions. The unit is operated with a touch keypad and knobs that control each inductor individually. You can set the power (in watts) or the temperature (°C). The programme function lets you save 3 settings.
