Adventys KNL4 S – multi-zone induction kit for sauces
The KNL4 S is a multi-zone induction kit with Adventys No-Limit technology. Its narrow format is ideal for keeping several small sauce pans warm throughout service. It can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit any space. The No-Limit principle is: 1 inductor = 1 zone – each zone can be set individually and several cooking modes can be used at the same time. It offers 4 zones with a total output of 4000 W (1 kW per zone) or 8000 W (2 kW per zone). The unit is operated with a touch keypad and knobs that control each inductor individually. You can set the power (in watts) or the temperature (°C). The programme function lets you save 3 settings.
