RedFox topping display units – countertop chilled display units for GN 1/3 and GN 1/4 containers.
A topping display unit, or chilled ingredient display, is installed on an existing worktop or counter. Under its glass cover, the unit keeps ingredients, salads and fillings at 2…8 °C and clearly visible. RedFox MCH 3000 series units take GN 1/3 containers (depth 395 mm) and MCH 4000 series units take GN 1/4 containers (depth 335 mm), in lengths of 1200–2000 mm.
Choose the length to fit your worktop and consider how many different ingredients need to be within reach at once. GN 1/4 containers are narrower, so a unit of the same length holds more different ingredients.
No, GN containers must be ordered separately.
Yes, RedFox equipment comes with a 2-year warranty. Installation and maintenance are carried out in cooperation with Haktek OÜ.
