RedFox professional freezers keep frozen ingredients and products at temperatures down to −22 °C. The new DNF series freezers feature thick insulation, automatic defrost, digital controls and an environmentally friendly refrigerant. The stainless steel GN 2/1 freezers MMF and MF suit commercial kitchens, and the MFP 900 for 600 × 400 mm trays suits bakeries and patisseries.
A freezer is designed primarily for storing products that are already frozen. To chill and freeze hot food quickly, use a blast chiller – the food is safer and keeps longer.
The bakery version has runners for EN 600 × 400 mm trays, which are used in bakeries and patisseries. The trays can be placed directly in the freezer.
Yes, RedFox equipment comes with a 2-year warranty. Installation and maintenance are carried out in cooperation with Haktek OÜ.
