A griddle, or griddle plate (also known as a fry-top), is one of the most frequently used appliances in a restaurant kitchen: it is used for burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, egg dishes and vegetables. You can choose between a smooth, ribbed or chrome plate, electric or gas heating, and a countertop or cooking-line model. Our range includes, among others, Bertos griddles for the 600, 700 and 900 series cooking lines.
A smooth plate is suitable for everything, a ribbed plate gives meat grill marks, and a chrome plate radiates less heat into the kitchen, is easier to clean and does not transfer flavours.
A gas model heats up quickly and is a good choice if gas is available in the kitchen. An electric model is easier to install and allows more precise temperature control.
Yes, all products come with a warranty of at least 2 years, and in cooperation with Haktek OÜ we also provide installation and maintenance.
